Man arrested for allegedly biting python — twice

A man was arrested on animal cruelty charges after a witness told officers the suspect had just taken two large bites out of a live python, according to Sacramento police.

A call to the police department Thursday originally came in reporting a person had been assaulted and was unresponsive, a public information officer told KCRA on Friday.

Police showed up in the 3600 block of Marysville Boulevard -- which is not where the assault suspect, David Senk, lives -- to investigate the incident, officers said.

While police spoke with Senk, a witness told officers Senk had bitten his snake, according to a written statement.
Animal control came and took the python, which appears to be in bad condition, police said.

Senk was then arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty. No additional details have been released.

On the unintentional comedy scale this has to be at least a 9 right? Who ends up on the same flight as their wife’s sex tape partner.

Since I am such a cynic I wouldn’t be surprised if it was stage, we are talking about the Kardashians. They probably knew Ray J was on same flight and made sure The Hump was on it too.

The alleged exchange between the two is priceless.

On a Delta flight Sunday from LA to New Orleans. Humphries, who boarded in Minneapolis, was in an aisle seat across from the singer in first class. Humphries sat there for a few minutes before moving to a seat in front of Ray J.

After minutes of “awkward silence,” Ray J walked up to Humphries’ seat to congratulate him, but Kris acted like he didn’t recognize him. According to a source, “Ray J said, ‘Come on, you know who I am. I just want to say congratulations.’ Then Kris, realizing he was cornered, said, ‘Oh yeah, yeah, I’m sorry I know who you are.’ ”

Pretty weak on The Hump’s part to try to act like he doesn’t know Brandy’s brother. It isn’t Ray J’s fault that Kimmy liked to get it in, with the cameras rolling (Video: Kim Kardashian and Ray J Sex Tape “Superstar” NSFW).

As men we have to understand unless you are marrying a virgin there are always going to be other guys she has been with. No need to be salty and specifically for Humphries he has to know he has married into a family that lives of being in the spotlight and the media, so throughout the marriage he is going to have to deal with these type of situations.

Kim Kardashian hate her or love is a superstar and Humphries in the grand scheme of things is just Mr. Kardashian, so don’t start high horsing, it isn’t a good look.

I am finally blogging photos from a practice photo shoot with Hunter James Richardson. I had rented a studio space for a day back in January-ish and I was wanting to squeeze all the use out of that studio as possible.

Hunter had mentioned I need to expand my porfolio beyond just guys in speedos. Not that there is anything wrong with guys without their shirts. However, if I ever want to photograph high fashion someday I should practice photographing high fashion photography. Hunter has worked as a model for Burberry and other excellent fashionistas and so it was really fun to work with him. He brought a lot of experience to the shoot and that might explain why the night ended with 700+ photographs.

In a statement issued Tuesday, a spokesman for AT&T said, “In Arkansas, we were invited to attend the local watch parties organized by the community. 3. Reverse the motion to bring the bar back overhead.

1. Sit with your underarms snug against the preacher-bench pad, holding an EZ-bar.
2. Flex your biceps to curl the bar toward your shoulders.

3. Pause for a one-count at the top, then lower the bar and repeat.

Seated Alternating Dumbbell Curl

1. Sit in a low-back chair or on a flat bench, a dumbbell in each hand.

3. One full curl with each arm equals one repetition.

Dual-Twisting Dumbbell Kickback

1. With a dumbbell in each hand, bend about 90 degrees at the waist, keeping your core tight, back flat and your head in a neutral position, your eyes toward the floor. Your upper arms should be at your sides, arms bent and palms facing in.

2. Moving only at the elbows, straighten both arms to lift the dumbbells out behind you, at the same time twisting your wrists outward so your palms face the ceiling at full extension.

3. Return both dumbbells to the start, twisting your wrists so your palms face your body at the bottom.

Cable Pushdown

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in front of an upper-cable pulley. Grasp a short straight-bar attachment with an overhand grip and hold it with bent arms, forearms parallel to the floor, elbows at your sides.

2. Flex your triceps to push the bar down toward your thighs, moving only at the elbows. Pause for a one-count at full extension.

3. Return the bar along the same path - don't let the weight stack touch down between reps.

Cable Curl

1. With your feet shoulder-width apart and core tight, hold a short straight-bar attachment, palms up, arms straight, elbows at your sides.

2. Bend both elbows to curl the bar toward your chest, keeping your elbows tight at your sides and not letting them shift forward.

3. Pause and squeeze your biceps briefly at the top, then lower the bar to the start. Don't let the stack touch down between reps.

WHY I LOVE THE MOVIE 'THE REMAINS OF THE DAY'

One of my all-time favorite movies is the Merchant Ivory production of 'The Remains of the Day'. I have read the book but I believe the movie is a much beautiful adaptation, thanks mainly to screenwriter Ruth Prawer Jhabvala. Here are some reasons why I love this movie -

1. The superb acting. The tension between Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson (who both got Oscar noms for this movie) is really palpable and there are several scenes which show this fantastic interplay. My favorite scene though is that of the 'book'. Nothing like a scene about curiousity that can pique one's curiousity.

2. The luscious and beautiful production design. This is after all, a Merchant Ivory production - they are known for lavish and meticulous art direction and costumes and tasteful production design.

3. The clever adapted screenplay. Ruth Prawer Jhabvala deserves her Oscar nom for this. She was a previous winner though for Howard's End. It's not easy to write about British snobbery and the clear delineation of the classes yet Ruth crystallizes everything very clearly and wittily, at that!

This is also the last movie I saw of Christopher Reeve's before his horse accident. He does hold very well here, the only American in a big cast of Europeans. His character needs to be forceful and he did it very well.

It was also great to see Hugh Grant in a non-romantic role. People handling the guy's career should remind him of his role here, 17 years ago. He did this very well, and it's a pity he has resigned himself to just doing romcoms. If given a good part in a non romcom, he can actually sink his teeth on it and impress us all!

Finally, this is also the first movie where I saw Ben Chaplin act. He looks fine here and although he only has a small role, he makes it memorable! I love the way he kisses the girl in the movie! Wishes it was me!

The New Hunk In Glee: Chord Overstreet

There's another cute guy in Glee and his name is Chord Overstreet. He has his share of shirtless scenes in the 'Duets' episode of this TV series and it really does him justice. I also love his rendition of 'Lucky' - a beautiful duet originally done by Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz. That gay kid though had the flashiest number from the Victor/Victoria soundtrack - no surprise there! I hope they allow him to stay on. He's a sight for sore eyes!

In an interview that's sure to raise eyebrows in the Bible Belt and elsewhere, Elton John says he believes Jesus was gay.

The part-time Atlantan made the comments in an interview that will be published in the upcoming issue of Parade magazine, which is included in Sunday's Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

"I think Jesus was a compassionate, super-intelligent gay man who understood human problems," John told Parade interviewer Dotson Rader.

"On the cross, he forgave the people who crucified him," John said. "Jesus wanted us to be loving and foregiving. I don't know what makes people so cruel. Try being a gay woman in the Middle East -- you're as good as dead."

The musician also discussed love, drugs, friends and fame.

"Princess Diana, Gianni Versace, John Lennon, Michael Jackson, all dead," John said.

"Two of them shot outside their houses," he said. "None of this would have happened if they hadn't been famous. Fame attracts lunatics. I never had a bodyguard, ever, until Gianni died. I don't like celebrity anymore."

He said that "just about every relationship I ever had was involved with drugs. It never works."

On love, John discusses his relationship with longtime partner David Furnish.

"Every Saturday for 16 years, we've sent each other a card, no matter where we are in the world, to say how much we love each other."

We all have thoughts on AI if we watch, so I don't expect anyone to give two hoots on my thoughts, but I shall share them anyway.

Some of my feelings have changed since my original post. I am liking most of the females, but not loving any of them. My favorite is Brooke, yet understand she does not quite have the voice to make it to the end. Carly was quite amazing tonight singing Dolly, but she bugs for me for some reason....

As for the guys, I am still in lust with Jason Castro, but Michael Johns has surpassed him as my favorite. He has grown on me with each week, and a few weeks ago, I did not give him much thought, that has changed. I cannot stand David Cook, despite liking some of his performances, he turns me off big time. Although is new hair cut might have also cut a bit of his attitude, he still does nothing for me. I still cannot see the appeal of David Archuleta, I question anyone thinking he is great unless the are a 13 year old girl, or a senior citizen. Certainly I see his vocal talent, but he needs to grow up a bit, I am not watching a Disney Sing Off, and to me he is a cute kid with a great voice, but certainly not anyone I would download or buy a cd of. So it is Michael and Jason for me.
